Pull System VS Push System

Push system / Press System is a system of centralized production control (Indrianti & Nursubiyantoro, 2006). Whereas the pull system is a production control system is not centralized (Indrianti & Nursubiyantoro, 2006).

The different both Push System and Pull System are:

Push System:
  1. Production control systems are centralized, controlling the entire production department
  2. Push system, the material motivated to further the process on the basis of the available resources
  3. In press system allows the inventory, which will cause the cost of inventory
  4. Planning and production control on press systems using MPS and MRP


Pull System:
  1. Pull system is not centralized
  2. Material drawn by the following process according to the amount of material that is only needed
  3. Inventory amount sought to be eliminated or minimized
  4. pull system using kanban

Thank You, it's important we say after other people help us? Absolutely yes. Why? The expresion of thank you is a expresion to other people who give their time to do something for us. We can say thank you to parents, teacher, trader, police man, until parking man. It's has become a traditon of eastern people like to politeness.
