Cucumber, it's look common but useful. Sometimes cucumber use as complement food. Like in Sundanese (West Java, Indonesia), cucumber always use in lalapan (Sundanese salad). But actually cucumber has many use from its nutrient.

- Refreshing the eyes causing tired and sleepy, put the cucumber slice on your spathe eyes for 20 minutes.
- Decreasing of Acne, put the cucumber slices on your acne for 20 minutes
- Fever decreasing, Take 2-3 of cucumber, scrape and press the water. Put the scraper to your stomach. Do it until the fever subside.
Cucumber is also good for diet food, because its calories in cucumber are:

- 1/2 of a medium cucumber contain about 20 calories
