Cucumber, it's look common but useful. Sometimes cucumber use as complement food. Like in Sundanese (West Java, Indonesia), cucumber always use in lalapan (Sundanese salad). But actually cucumber has many use from its nutrient.

The nutrients and benefits of cucumber:

• Vitamin B1
• Vitamin C, for antibody and sprue medicine
• Vitamin E, for skin healthy. Cucumber can use for obstruct the aging and decreasing of wrinkled
• Flavonoid and polifenol, for be opposed of inflamed
• Malonat acid, for push down the glucose change become fat. Good for diet.
• Kalium, helping kidney to cast off metabolism residue and fat deposit.
• High fiber, for decreasing cholesterol, neutralize of poison, and make defecate easier

Other benefits of cucumber:

• Refreshing the eyes causing tired and sleepy, put the cucumber slice on your spathe eyes for 20 minutes.
• Decreasing of Acne, put the cucumber slices on your acne for 20 minutes
• Fever decreasing, Take 2-3 of cucumber, scrape and press the water. Put the scraper to your stomach. Do it until the fever subside.
