Pengembangan Kolaborasi Sentra Industri Kasongan Yogyakarta Dengan Pendekatan Interactive Meta-Goal Programming

ABSTRAK

Krisis ekonomi saat ini memberikan peluang kepada sektor riil di Indonesia khususnya sektor Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Untuk dapat bertahan di tengah krisis, sektor UKM harus lebih kreatif dalam melahirkan strategi-strategi bisnis agar dapat bersaing dengan pelaku usaha lainnya. Salah satu strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh sektor UKM adalah strategi kolaborasi manufaktur. Dengan melakukan kolaborasi, diharapkan sektor UKM dapat saling melengkapi kekuatan dan menutupi kelemahan masing-masing angota kolaborasi sehingga berkembang menjadi sebuah kekuatan yang lebih kompetitif dan produktif.

Sentra Industri Kasongan (SIK) Yogyakarta adalah sebuah kawasan industri gerabah di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. SIK merupakan sentra industri gerabah dengan sejumlah perajin yang bersifat industri rumah. SIK memiliki perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri gerabah dan keramik yang mana terdiri dari perusahaan kecil hingga perusahaan besar. Dengan beraneka ragam kelebihan dan kekurangan yang dimiliki masing-masing perusahaan, dimungkinkan untuk mengimplementasikan s
trategi kolaborasi manufaktur agar produktivitas perusahaan dapat ditingkatkan. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pengambilan keputusan kolaborasi di SIK Yogyakarta.

Dalam penelitian ini pengembangan kolaborasi Sentra Industri Kasongan Yogyakarta dimodelkan dengan pendekatan Interactive Meta-Goal Programming (IMGP). Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan dapat secara fleksibel mengakomodasikan kepentingan para pengambil keputusan. Modifikasi atau perbaikan kriteria terhadap model yang telah disusun dapat dilakukan oleh para pengambil keputusan apabila keputusan yang diperoleh belum dapat diterima. Iterasi penyelesaian masalah dapat diteruskan hingga diperoleh solusi yang dapat diterima oleh semua anggota kolaborasi sebagai pengambil keputusan.
