Our General Election's Face

Indonesia. The uncertainty about of Indonesia's general election results has appeared since few days ago. Many people feel disappointed about last general election, because they think the result isn't describing of Indonesian people voice. The General Election 2009 is different with General Election 2004.

The different of General Election 2009 and General Election 2004 are:
  • Changing of vote system which last system people vote by punching ballot, and now people vote by mark,
  • The representative candidates elected by people, not by political party anymore,
  • Increasing amount of political party,
  • The form of general election vote is bigger than last election, because the form contain list of political partys and the representative candidates. Average a political party have 5 to 10 the representative candidates.

As we know, a changing need more adaptation time for General Election Commitee (Indonesia: Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU)) as the organizer of general election, and for Indonesia people as voter. Be sides the time problem, KPU feels they works is not maximum because the operational cost that they get is not enough. In General Election 2009, KPU only get IDR 6,67 quintillion for general election implementation, and IDR 793,9 billion for KPU's operational. But actually the case is KPU has proposed IDR 47,9 quintillion to goverment for General Election 2009 calculation cost before. According to goverment, they remove some item cost in General Election 2009 calculation cost that proposed by KPU, they are:
  • new cars for KPU's operational because the implementation of general election only 6 months
  • new vote box for collect because KPU can use old box
  • decreasing of voting place
  • Not use voter identification card because people can use residence identification card
  • decreasing of form vote paper quality

Many troubles have appear from changing of general election system, they are:

  • disorder of voter permanent list because have many double voter and fictitious voter,
  • some voter still confuse how to mark the vote because the socialiszation from KPU is less,
  • many people can't join the general election because their name notregistered in voter permanent list,
  • real count tabulation server can't work optimal
  • decreasing professionalism of general election organizer
  • Mistake to count the vote
  • Some vote form get accidently exchanged with vote form from other region
  • representative candidate's name not writen in vote form
  • still happen many criminal violations in implementation general election
  • etc

Its natural if we can sceptic with final result of general election which will be announced in 9th Mey 2009 by KPU. But as a good citizen, we must to accept, support, and implementing the general election 2009's result. We have to optimist than be sceptic.

Is from mistake we can be better, isn't it?

Go Indonesia !!!

50% Indonesian Poor Family Spent Their Money for Smoking

Smoking is more important than family Happiness. 50% poor family in Indonesia spent their money for smoking. Whereas they can use the money to buy food and milk for their children than cigarette. "1 from 2 poor family, which their wage only under IDR 600.000, spent their money to buy cigarette," said Abdilah Hasan, Indonesian Demography Researcher Institut (Src: detik.com, Apr 21, 2009). Wow... Unbelievable!! But, I don't have any idea to disagree with Abdilah Hasan's pronouncement. If I can make analysis, there are few factors why that happen. 1. Education level Average low middle economic level only have education until junior high school. It's different with intelectual people which ordinary is up middle economic level. Intelectual people has already know that smoking is not good for their healthy. 2. Stress and economic problems My friend ever told me he smoke if he had some problems which he can't solve it. He said with smoking, he felt better and he can

Avoid Google Adsense Public Sevice Advertise (PSAs) at Blogger

Might be some blogger have same problem with me, how to avoid Google Adsense Public Sevice Advertise (PSAs). Although they have used supported language, but the PSAs still appear. How to avoid that? The answer is, you can use "Section Targeting". Section targeting allows you to suggest sections of your text and HTML content that you'd like Google to emphasize or downplay when matching ads to your site's content. To implement section targeting, you'll need to add a set of special HTML comment tags to your code. These tags will mark the beginning and end of whichever section(s) you'd like to emphasize or de-emphasize for ad targeting. The HTML tags to emphasize a page section take the following format: <!-- google_ad_section_start --> your content here (supported language).. your content here (supported language).. your content here (supported language).. <!-- google_ad_section_end --> You can use section targeting to make suggestions about as many s
